Change of ballot paper colour due to technical reason: EC

Kathmandu: the Election Commission has said the decision to change the colour of the ballot paper for the local level election was made due to technical reasons. In a regular press meet on Thursday, Joint Spokesperson at EC Surya Prasad Aryal informed that the colour in ballot paper was changed to identify the colour variation of the ballot paper and the swastik stamp.
